These Terms of Service govern the use of all programs, platforms, services, training, incubation, mentoring, consultation, funding support, business development assistance and all offerings provided by Yuvapreneurs Launchpad under Kotik Foundation. By registering, accessing, subscribing, or using any Yuvapreneurs services, you agree to abide fully by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Yuvapreneurs service, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted all Terms, Policies, Disclaimers, and Privacy Conditions that are published or updated on our platform. Continued use of services means acceptance of any updates or modifications in future.

2. Service Nature

Yuvapreneurs provides support, consultation, education, advisory, incubation, business development services, and entrepreneurial ecosystem connect. Services offered are advisory in nature and NOT guaranteed outcomes. Business success depends on many external factors and is not in control of Yuvapreneurs.

3. No Guarantee of Income / Funding / ROI

Yuvapreneurs does not guarantee funding, profit, income, loan approvals, investor approvals, returns, market success, or business sustainability. Any funding assistance depends on eligibility, due diligence, compliance requirements, investor approval, and external institution policies.

4. Eligibility

Only individuals and entities legally allowed to form, run or operate a business in India can apply for services under Yuvapreneurs. Users must provide accurate and complete information while registration.

5. User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for providing correct & complete details requested for service delivery.
• Users must cooperate, respond timely, and share required documents for project processing.
• Delay in providing required information from user side will not be counted as service delay from Yuvapreneurs.
• Users will not misuse, copy, sell, distribute or share Yuvapreneurs proprietary data, templates or guides.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All training content, business modules, guides, reports, templates, documents, research material, strategies, branding designs, reports, frameworks and systems are property of Yuvapreneurs and protected under copyright. No part may be reproduced or commercially used without written permission.

7. Service Activation & Delivery

Services are considered activated once onboarding call, consultation call, documentation, or any execution activity begins. Once service is activated, cancellation and refund terms apply strictly as mentioned in Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

8. Payments & Pricing

All payments for plans, consultation or services are final once service begins. Users must make full payment before service delivery unless mutually agreed otherwise under EMI or special payment mode.

9. Refusal of Services

Yuvapreneurs reserves the right to reject, discontinue or block access to services to any user who:

• provides fraudulent information
• misuses the platform
• violates ethics
• behaves in abusive manner or harms ecosystem
• tries to exploit data, network or investor community

10. Third Party Links / Partners / Vendors

Yuvapreneurs may connect users with third party vendors, service providers, mentors, investors, institutions or government portals. Yuvapreneurs is not responsible for services, pricing, policies, approvals or results delivered by any external entity.

11. Limitation of Liability

Yuvapreneurs shall not be liable for any business losses, debt increase, loan liability, operational failure, investor dispute, financial damage, profit-loss variation, or consequences arising from use or reliance on services, mentorship, or advisory guidance.

12. Modification of Terms

Yuvapreneurs reserves the full right to modify, update or amend any Terms, Policies, Pricing or Service Features without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on the official platform.

13. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes, claims or legal issues shall be subject to Indian jurisdiction only and shall be resolved under applicable Indian law. Arbitration may be used before court appeals.
