Cancellation Policy – Yuvapreneurs Launchpad

 

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and procedures for cancelling services, plans, subscriptions, or memberships purchased under Yuvapreneurs Launchpad. By registering and availing services through Yuvapreneurs, the user agrees to this policy fully.


1. Eligibility for Cancellation
  • Cancellation is only applicable for paid plans or services before the service delivery or support delivery has started.

  • Once service is initiated or any level of work/consultation/operation is performed by Yuvapreneurs team, mentors, consultants, partners, no cancellation request will be considered.

  • Cancellation is only allowed on yearly, quarterly or long-term packages before service commencement.


2. Non-Cancellable Conditions
  • If user has already availed any service benefit (even partially), cancellation will not be permitted.

  • If user fails to provide required documents/information on time and work delay happens due to user’s side – cancellation & refund will not be allowed.

  • Cancellation is not allowed after 7 days of plan subscription unless service has not started from our side.


3. Service Initiation Definition

Service is considered “Started / Initiated” when:

  • Initial consultation call / orientation call / requirement gathering has been conducted

  • Documents / project work has been initiated

  • Mentor assignment / trainer assignment is completed

  • Access is given to platform tools, resources, networks, vendor connects, investors, file sharing systems, business modules etc.

Once initiated, cancellation becomes invalid.


4. Procedure to Apply for Cancellation

To cancel a plan or service:

  1. User must submit a written Cancellation Request to Yuvapreneurs Support Team at support@yuvapreneurs.in via registered email.

  2. The email must contain:

    • Full Name & Registered Mobile Number

    • Payment receipt or invoice reference

    • Reason for Cancellation

  3. The support team will review the request within 7-15 working days.

  4. After evaluation, if the cancellation request is valid as per policy, cancellation status will be notified to the user.


5. Documentation Required for Cancellation

User must submit:

  • Plan receipt/invoice

  • Government ID verification

  • Declaration that no service has been taken from Yuvapreneurs team/partners/mentors

Without proper documentation, cancellation will not be processed.


6. Refund Relation

Cancellation and Refund are two different processes.

Cancellation approval only means discontinuation of service.
Refund (if eligible) shall follow the separate Refund Policy terms & timelines.


7. Plan Expiry

Once the subscription tenure period is over, cancellation will not be valid.


8. Policy Changes

Yuvapreneurs holds full rights to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policy shall be displayed on the official platform.
