Refund Policy – Yuvapreneurs Launchpad

This Refund Policy applies to all entrepreneurs, startups, investors, mentors, institutions, individuals or business entities who enroll, subscribe, or purchase any service plan, Udyam plan, training program, documentation package, consultancy package, or any other service offered under Yuvapreneurs Launchpad by Kotik Foundation.

Yuvapreneurs works on a transparent, fair and value-based working model to provide complete business support services, and every service plan involves time, manpower, financial and resource allocation from the day of onboarding.


General Policy

Once the payment is made for any plan or service at Yuvapreneurs, No Refund will be entertained under any circumstances — except the condition where no service is provided by us during the active validity/tenure period of the service plan selected by the user.


Refund Eligibility Exception

A refund will only be considered after completion of the total validity/tenure period of the plan if and only if absolutely no services were provided by Yuvapreneurs within that duration.

No service provided means:

  • No orientation or onboarding call done

  • No consultation session given

  • No documents or data collected by team

  • No task initiated from our backend team

  • No written guidance or support shared

  • No work started relevant to your business

Only if all above conditions apply together, then after the plan validity ends, you may submit a refund request.


Service Start Definition

Any of the following activities will be considered as “Service Provided”, and in such case, refund claim will not be valid:

  • Orientation call / Business assessment call / Introduction call completed

  • Any working file / document / format / checklist shared

  • Team assigned to your project

  • Communication initiated for business model, funding, branding, legal, or any relevant service

  • Any mentorship session conducted

  • Basic analysis, research, or backend work started on your startup

If any one single service action is initiated, refund will not apply.


Refund Request Procedure (If eligible exception only)

  • Refund can only be requested after completion of entire plan validity period.

  • Refund request must be submitted in writing via official email support@yuvapreneurs.in within 15 days after plan expiry.

  • Refund will undergo internal audit verification as per above-mentioned conditions.

  • Decision of Yuvapreneurs management in refund verification will be final & binding.


Non-Refundable Fee & Charges

  • GST / Tax amounts

  • Payment Gateway Charges

  • Processing Charges / Administrative Fees

  • Platform Fees for onboarding
    These amounts will not be refunded under any condition.


Non-Transferability

Paid amount cannot be transferred to any other person, project, startup founder or external beneficiary.


Plan Upgrade

Upgrading to higher plan is allowed by paying difference amount. Downgrading plan or partial cancellation does not qualify for any refund.


Agreement of Policy

By registering and making payment to Yuvapreneurs, you accept, acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy completely.
