These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services, platforms, programs, consultancy, mentorship, funding support, documentation, training and all business-related assistance provided under Yuvapreneurs Launchpad by Kotik Foundation. By registering, subscribing, or accessing any service, you agree to the following terms without objection.

1. Eligibility

• Any individual, startup founder, entrepreneur, business owner, investor, mentor, freelancer, or company can apply.

• Minimum age must be 18 years or above.

• All details submitted during registration must be true, accurate and verifiable.

2. Service Provision

• Yuvapreneurs will provide services as per selected plan, category, Udyam tier, or service package.

• Services are provided based on availability, workload priority, queue system and internal operational scheduling.

• Service execution time may vary depending on scope, complexity, workload, government processes, documentation delay from client or external departments.

• Yuvapreneurs is not responsible for delays caused due to client-side non-cooperation, incomplete data, wrong submission of information, or compliance delays from government or authorities.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must submit required documents, KYC, details, data, requested information and material on time.

• You must cooperate with assigned mentors, consultants, and support team.

• You must not misuse, copy, share, resell or distribute any templates, formats, legal documents, training materials, strategies, funding contacts, or confidential information provided by Yuvapreneurs.

4. Confidentiality & Data Usage

• All shared information is kept confidential and used only for service purposes.

• Yuvapreneurs may use non-sensitive business data for research, analytics, portfolio display or success case representation.

• No personal information is sold or misused.

5. Pricing & Payments

• All payments must be done in advance before starting services.

• GST, bank charges, payment gateway fees are additional wherever applicable.

• Pricing once agreed cannot be negotiated or reduced after onboarding.

• Payment validity and plan tenure is based on specific service plan opted.

6. No Guarantee of Business Results

• Yuvapreneurs provides guidance, consultancy, support and pathways but does not guarantee any fixed profit, revenue, funding, investment approval, business success or market outcome.

• Business result depends on multiple external market factors beyond our control.

7. Refund Policy

• No refund will be provided unless no service is provided during validity period as defined in Refund Policy.

• Refund terms are fully governed by separate “Refund Policy” document.

8. Termination of Service

Yuvapreneurs reserves the right to terminate services without refund if:

• Misuse of platform, disrespect to staff, unethical behaviour, abusive communications

• Fraudulent details submitted by user

• Violation of confidentiality terms

• Attempt to bypass Yuvapreneurs platform for direct dealing with investor, mentor or service provider linked with Yuvapreneurs

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All frameworks, strategies, documents, formats, designs, marketing content, training material and business models provided by Yuvapreneurs remain the intellectual property of Yuvapreneurs & Kotik Foundation.

10. Jurisdiction

Any dispute, misunderstanding or legal disagreement shall be handled under the jurisdiction of Indian Law and handled within designated court location decided by Kotik Foundation.

11. Policy Updates

Yuvapreneurs reserves full rights to update, modify, change or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of service means acceptance of updated terms.

By making payment, registering or using any service of Yuvapreneurs Launchpad, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions mentioned above.
